Refunds Policy
Thank you for your interest in Dalya Asmar Luxury Designs.

If you receive a tampered or broken product, please notify us within 24hours of receipt on orders@dalyaasmar.com

1. Include in the email your order number, your phone number and pictures of the tampered product.
2. Once your email is received, a representative will get back to you within 1 or 2 working days. 
3. If the request is approved, we will send you the detailed instruction on the refund process

Refund Notes:
1. Any return or refund claim submitted after 24 hours of receiving the products will not be valid. 
2. Any claim submitted on a different email than orders@dalyaasmar.com will not be valid.
3. Any claim made by whatsapp or phone will not be valid.
